About the Role Our client, a dynamic organization within the Charity & Voluntary sector , is seeking an enthusiastic Partnerships Officer to join their team in Kimberley . This role is pivotal in expanding the organization's reach and impact by forging strong collaborations with other NGOs, government agencies, community groups, and corporate entities. You will identify potential partners, develop mutually beneficial relationships, and manage existing partnerships to enhance program delivery and achieve shared goals. This is an excellent opportunity to drive collaboration and amplify impact in the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
Develop and negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective collaboration.
Represent the organization at partnership forums and networking events.
Monitor the progress and impact of partnership initiatives.




Communicate partnership updates internally and externally.
Requirements Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the non-profit sector and the landscape of potential partners.
Ability to develop and implement strategic partnership plans.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Experience working in Kimberley or the Northern Cape is a distinct advantage.
