First West Credit Union is seeking a Compliance Governance Manager to lead the enterprise Regulatory Compliance Management framework. The role reports to the Director, Compliance & Member Advocacy and provides governance, oversight and guidance across a Three Lines of Defence model.
You will monitor regulatory developments, update the framework, and support governance, reporting, and training initiatives to ensure alignment with OSFI expectations and FCAC guidelines.
