About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with solid project management capabilities to join their team in Kimberley . This role involves leading and executing various engineering projects focused on process improvement, facility upgrades, and new system implementations. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and ensuring successful project completion within budget and scope. The ideal candidate will have a solid engineering background combined with proven project leadership skills, essential for driving strategic initiatives in a dynamic industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closure of industrial engineering projects.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Manage project teams, coordinate activities, and monitor progress against milestones.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.




Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in industrial engineering , with a significant focus on project management.
Demonstrated success in managing engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
