The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems while providing technical leadership and support to other technicians. This role requires expert-level knowledge, a strong commitment to quality, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. 40 Hrs Per week.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently and accurately

Carry out advanced servicing, maintenance, and repair work in line with manufacturer and company standards

Lead by example in workshop best practices, safety, and quality control





Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior technicians

Perform detailed fault-finding using diagnostic equipment and specialist tools

Ensure all work is completed to high standards, within agreed timeframes

Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and diagnostics performed

Stay up to date with recent technologies, manufacturer updates, and industry developments

Support quality checks and final inspections where required

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop
