About the Role Our client is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join their expanding team, working remotely from Kimberley, Northern Cape . This role is responsible for generating sales through inbound leads and outbound prospecting via phone and email. You will play a key role in qualifying potential customers, educating them about our client's products and services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a target-driven, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads generated through various channels.
Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify potential customers.
Present and demonstrate product/service offerings effectively via phone and online conferencing tools.
Negotiate and close sales orders to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.




Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements Previous experience in inside sales , telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
A results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
