Key Responsibilities Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance procedures and controls.
Conduct regular compliance training for employees and raise awareness of regulatory obligations.
Investigate potential compliance breaches and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
Assist in the preparation for and response to regulatory examinations and audits.




Stay abreast of changes in legislation and regulatory requirements affecting the organization.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role, preferably in the financial industry.
Valuable understanding of compliance principles and relevant legislation.
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
