Elevate your career as a Financial and Payroll Administrator with VRS Communities in Vancouver. This pivotal, full-time role centers on accurate payroll processing and financial management within a supportive non-profit environment.

As part of the finance team, your key responsibilities will involve processing payroll bi-weekly, maintaining meticulous records, and facilitating employee benefit inquiries. You’ll be dedicated to ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies while supporting the onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll and verify attendance data
• Balance payroll accounts and ensure vendor remittances
• Prepare month-end accounting reconciliations




• Analyze employee benefit invoices and transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to employees

Requirements:
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner plus accounting courses
• 3-5 years of payroll and benefits experience
• At least 2-3 years full-cycle accounting experience
• Robust familiarity with payroll software and Excel
• Ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
