About the Role Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Family Advocate to champion the rights and needs of families through virtual engagement and support. This position operates entirely remotely, allowing you to connect with families and advocate on their behalf from the convenience of your own workspace. You will provide crucial guidance, information, and support to families navigating complex systems, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and services. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong commitment to social justice and a talent for effective communication and advocacy in a virtual setting, contributing significantly to family well-being across the Kimberley region and beyond, from a distance.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct advocacy and support services to families remotely.
Educate families about their rights and available resources.
Assist families in navigating legal, social, and governmental systems.
Facilitate communication between families and service providers.
Develop and maintain resources and informational materials for families.




Maintain accurate and confidential case records and track advocacy efforts.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
Previous experience in advocacy, case management, or social services, particularly with families.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual platforms.
Strong understanding of family law, social welfare policies, and community resources.
Proficiency with work from home tools, including video conferencing and case management software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and empathetically with diverse populations.
