Become a full-time Research Analyst with CAMH’s Institute for Mental Health Policy Research, specializing in transgender and gender-diverse youth. Contribute to transformative research efforts with your robust analytical background.

This 12-month contract position will have you involved in participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis, while also supporting administrative youth engagement activities. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with community organizations to ensure research protocols are adhered to. Your understanding of the unique challenges faced by 2SLGBTQ+ populations will guide and inform the research processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant recruitment and consent management
• Administer questionnaires and qualitative interviews
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data




• Support the translation of research findings into community tools
• Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or psychology
• Minimum 1 year of research experience, preferably with 2SLGBTQ+ populations
• Knowledgeable about health inequities and trauma-informed practices
• Experience with research analysis tools (e.g., NVivo, SPSS)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
