Southland Dental Choice – Dental Administrator
Southland Dental Choice is looking for a confident, personable, and motivated Dental Administrator to join our team. Whether you are recent to the dental profession or have previous dental experience, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow .

In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating an exceptional patient experience, maintaining a productive schedule, and supporting our clinical team.

Location: Southland Dental Choice
Full-Time Hours

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note

Deliver friendly, engaging, and exceptional customer service

Manage patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy

Work alongside a team providing General Dentistry, Implants, Invisalign, and Vivos services

Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient follow-ups

Support patient retention, reactivation, and overall practice growth

Learn and become confident with dental office systems and processes

Help keep the day running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced setting

Qualifications

Dental Administrator Certificate required

Previous dental administration experience is an asset, candidates who are new to the dental profession are welcome to apply

Knowledge of Curve software is an asset
