Eagerto engage and reinforce existing valuable relationships and keep realtor’s engaged and connected with our team

Excited to provide insight to larger teams regarding issues/trends to improve customer experience and the product

You will

Ensure all sales targets (revenue and absorption) are on time, on budget, on vision, and on process

Executethe Sales Plan for the community

Write contracts and ensure contract compliance

Provide leadership oversight and training for all Sales Associates and onsite teams to ensure they are set up for success

Manage sales reporting

Liaise with internal teams including Operations, Construction and Warranty to ensure the best customer experience

Be proactive in communication with homeowners through the purchase and closing process

Work with our marketing team to ensure assets and presentationsare to Anthem standards

Ensure website content is kept up to date and accurate

Streamline the communication between onsite sales teams and Anthem office teams

Ensure all deals are compliant, complete, signed, approved and/or countered

Manage theMLS Listings

You have

Experience working within CMS and New Star (asset)

Understand the local market and our competitors
