This leadership position will involve overseeing the operations of the recruitment team, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to a growing client base. You will be responsible for managing performance, developing talent within the team, and contributing to the business development of the consultancy in the Northern Cape region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong track record in recruitment management and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants and sourcers.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet organizational and client objectives.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and quality of service.
Drive business development efforts and foster strong client relationships.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Requirements Minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a management or team leadership role.
Proven success in managing recruitment operations and delivering results.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in business development and client relationship management.
A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
