This role involves supporting the Spa Manager in delivering elevated guest services that meet and exceed luxury spa standards. You will lead a team of spa professionals while focusing on administrative tasks, guest interactions, and upholding the environmental sustainability goals of the spa. Additionally, you will assist in managing the spa budget and transition to recent software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with luxury guest service standards
• Mentor and train Ancient Cedars Spa team members
• Manage HR functions,



including scheduling and performance reviews
• Oversee retail performance and staff training
• Maintain spa cleanliness and equipment standards

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of management experience in luxury facilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Must be open to flexible scheduling, including weekends
• Minimum of 1000 hours in massage education
• Familiarity with financial operations and spa software
