As the On Call Program Team Leader, you will coordinate daily operations and support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery in our Exceptional Needs Program. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day and after-hours operations for the program
• Execute 24h on-call duties and documentation
• Guide and support frontline staff through monitoring
• Involve in case management processes where applicable




• Report workplace safety issues effectively

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Sciences or related area; degree preferred
• At least four years in child and family direct service
• Proven leadership and milieu therapy understanding
• Excellent problem-solving and writing capabilities
• Fulfill all health and safety training requirements
