We work with our clientele to help identify clean energy & energy conservation opportunities within their homes and businesses and work closely with them to bring these projects to life through design, installation, and servicing/maintenance.
What You'll Do: Service of renewable HVAC systems
Perform tests to ensure secured piping connections between geothermal HVAC and refrigeration units and distribution systems
Troubleshoot and test malfunctioned geothermal HVAC refrigeration systems and provide most effective solutions
Perform and repair and preventative maintenance on geothermal HVAC and refrigeration systems
Utilize industry-leading tools, equipment,



and techniques to ensure quality workmanship
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment
Collaborate with our staff to efficiently handle scheduling, parts ordering, and other administrative tasks
What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed Refrigeration Mechanic, preferably in residential & commercial markets, and service call experience
Experience in heating and cooling systems
Valid refrigeration trade license or certification
Experience in HVAC wiring or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wring diagrams and controls
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
