Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Engineer:

Working and collaborating with an established, integrated technical team of engineers, technologists and support staff on multidisciplinary projects.

Assisting with the management of workload to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations.

Providing technical mechanical expertise for engineering studies and condition assessments.

Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements while overseeing quality assurance, constructability reviews, field issue resolution, and the integration of safe, maintainable, and energy-efficient design solutions.

Applying engineering fundamentals and tools to design mechanical systems.

Reviewing and recommending technical designs, specifications, and reports.

Assisting project managers, engineers, and technologists with project execution during all project phases.

Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Supporting proposals, scope development, technical solution planning, and client presentations while building and strengthening relationships with key industrial and manufacturing clients.

Participating in the preparation of proposals and the development of estimates for engineering services.





Mentoring junior engineers, engineering graduates, and technologists.
