Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to resolving computer security incidents

• Provide high-level Tier 2 & Tier 3 support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience
• Proven work in a Cyber Incident Response Team
• Proficient in technical writing and desktop environments
• Bilingual candidates in Quebec preferred
