We provide personalized seating, mobility and positioning solutions to clients across Canada-and we are looking for aClient Experience Specialistto be an important part of that journey.If you are a people person who enjoyssolving problems, staying organized and making a difference, we would love to meet you!Location: Barrie, ON, with occasional travel to North YorkWhat You'll Do- Welcome and support clients in person, by phone and by email.- Help clients with equipment questions and identify solutions that meet their needs.- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, equipment trials, demonstrations and rentals.- Build strong relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals.- Coordinate repairs and service for wheelchairs, lifts and other mobility equipment.- Prepare quotes, work orders, customer orders and related documentation.- Maintain accurate client records and information in our systems.- Coordinate equipment transfers between branches and track equipment.- Manage equipment reservations and rentals with exceptional attention to detail.- Process delivery, billing,
