Are you an experienced operations leader who knows how to turn production plans into results ?

We’re looking for a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing and wholesale operations, driving efficiency, quality, on-time delivery and continuous improvement across the business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term planning and growth while leading teams and improving the systems and processes that keep the business moving.

Salary : 100k - 120k per year

Location: Markham, On

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations & Production
Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities
Oversee production planning, scheduling, capacity and workflow
Ensure labour, materials, equipment and resources are aligned with production needs
Drive efficiency, cost control, quality and continuous improvement
Monitor key operational metrics including production output, labour efficiency, inventory, quality, costs and on-time delivery

Warehouse & Fulfillment
Oversee warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment
Ensure products and materials move efficiently throughout the operation
Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and service levels

Leadership & Development
Lead,



coach and develop production, warehouse and operations teams
Build a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement
Support teams in achieving operational and business objectives

Systems & Strategic Growth
Support ERP/MES implementation and systems optimization
Standardize processes and improve operational workflows
Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, growth and operational planning
Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational requirements

What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing and operations
Robust knowledge of production planning, supply chain, inventory and fulfillment
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives is an asset
Garment/apparel manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
