Implement health and safety policies on site
Empower employees to achieve production goals
Manage optimal operations for mining equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies
Coordinate mining activities with shift supervisors Requirements:
Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
At least three years of supervisory experience
Understanding of BC's mining safety code
Wenco Dispatch exposure is a plus
