You will work closely with various teams to ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of project changes and claims. Success in this role requires exceptional strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of claims management strategies
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
Oversee change negotiations with stakeholders
Maintain accurate claims registers and executive reporting
Mentor teams on change management best practices Requirements:
Engineering or related bachelor’s degree
At least 15 years in change and claims management
Experience in complex project deliveries
Knowledge of Joint Venture arrangements
Bilingualism in English and French is a plus Maximize commercial outcomes and minimize disputes while leading change management at Egis.
