Job Title: Manager, Performance Enablement

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)

Duration-12 Months+

Must Have:
3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management
Robust impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders, coupled with initiative and conceptual thinking to drive outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis
Solid analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities in fast-paced environments

Nice to have:
Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles




Knowledge of Commercial Banking products
Experience in business analytics and insights
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent programming language
Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling
