As the Director of Care, you will report directly to the Director of Long Term Care, overseeing the Nursing department to ensure effective resident care aligned with industry standards.

Manage all aspects of the Nursing department effectively
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Registered Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario
3+ years in Nursing, 2+ in management roles
