We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! Willing to train right person.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices, adhering strictly to food handling regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to promote a protected and organized kitchen workplace
Support the food service team by serving meals efficiently and courteously to guests or customers
Follow all health department guidelines and safety procedures related to food safety and sanitation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods, maintaining a positive work atmosphere

Experience




Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
Demonstrated skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food presentation
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience working in rapid-paced environments where teamwork and communication are essential
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and basic culinary techniques is advantageous
A background in the food industry that includes serving or assisting with food preparation will help you excel in this role
