Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Update customers with timelines relating to parts orders and service work orders
Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records, transactions, and service logs.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions.

Qualifications




Proven experience in customer service roles with solid communication skills in English.
Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Knowledge of customer service best practices, including handling difficult situations with professionalism.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
