Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and reliable professional to join our construction team. This role focuses primarily on renovations within institutional healthcare settings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading and commercial/institutional projects, while maintaining a respectful and considerate presence in active medical environments

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects
Perform high-quality renovation work in institutional and healthcare facilities.
Conduct restoration work including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and finishing touches
Operate hand tools, power tool and other construction machinery, safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety and efficiency
Adhere strictly to institutional safety, noise, and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with team members and facility management to complete projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications




Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields; apprenticeship experience is a plus.
Proven track record of punctuality, solid attendance and dependability.
Precision in millwork, installation of cabinets, commercial doors and hardware and other building components.
Solid attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
Must be comfortable working inside active healthcare and institutional settings.
Exceptional awareness of surroundings, showing deep respect for patients, medical staff and visitors.
Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory.
