: Perform tasks related to product delivery to our customers.

Inform customers in-store and by phone about products, services, and ongoing promotions.

Conduct searches in both digital and physical catalogues to update part numbers.

Participate in customer follow-ups (phone blitz, etc.) and solicit new clients.

Recommend the workshop’s machining services for brakes, engines, cylinder heads and clutch systems.

Explain product and equipment features to customers and provide demonstrations of their operation or installation if needed.

Explain product warranties and return policies.

40-hour work week can vary from Monday to Sunday. (May require weekend or evening shifts, depending on store hours.)
