Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the facility to assure safety and order
Attend to participants, encouraging their engagement
Offer crisis support and intervention when necessary




Facilitate and plan enriching program activities
Maintain accurate records of attendance and participation Requirements:
College diploma in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience in providing mental health and support services
Skills in crisis de-escalation and intervention
Familiarity with community health support service models
