Confidential is seeking a Construction Contracts Specialist in Toronto to review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, reporting to the Legal Director and collaborating with Estimating, PM, Operations, Procurement and Finance.
The successful candidate will prepare markups and risk summaries, monitor deadlines, and escalate complex matters for guidance. Experience with Canadian contract forms and Ontario law is preferred.
