Requirements:
• Minimum three years of related experience
• Two years as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering
• Effective stakeholder facilitation and consensus-building skills
• Proficient in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
• Certifications like CBAP or Salesforce Administrator are assets
