Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team operations and performance reporting
• Drive initiatives to improve risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements




• Conduct UAT testing and support documentation
• Monitor portfolio trends for regulatory reporting

Requirements:
• University degree preferred in Business or Finance
• Minimum five years' experience in financial institutions
• Three to five years in mortgage underwriting or operations
• Solid knowledge of Canadian banking regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
