Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Contracts Manager to oversee and manage their diverse portfolio of contracts. This fully remote position requires a meticulous individual who can ensure all contractual agreements are robust, compliant, and effectively administered throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate with various departments to standardize contract processes, mitigate risks, and optimize contractual terms. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal.
Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes across the organization.
Review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management guidelines.
Liaise with legal counsel, procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and disputes.




Maintain a centralized contract database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract best practices.
Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role, with a robust understanding of contract law.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
