As the Lead People Projects Manager, you will oversee project execution focused on Employer Branding, Total Rewards, and employee enablement. Your expertise in managing diverse projects and strong communication skills will ensure successful collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experiences through thoughtful project management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and delivery of People-related project initiatives
• Support continuous improvement in project workflows and SOPs
• Maintain project outlines, milestones, and action items




• Engage with key partners within the organization
• Document all project-related information efficiently

Requirements:
• Over 5 years’ experience in Project Management
• Excellent verbal and written communications ability
• Solid presentation and visual storytelling skills
• Knowledgeable in project management platforms
• Experience managing budgets and financial tracking
