Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track pipeline performance, commercial activity, and key revenue metrics. Provide ongoing CRM support including users training, pipeline management guidance,



and issue resolution.Identify and implement new HubSpot capabilities to improve commercial efficiency and scalability.Other duties as identified and needed by the business.EducationBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or another business program.Key Attributes5+ years of hands‑on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platformsProven experience leading CRM architecture from discovery through implementation.Deep expertise in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.Experience working within commercial operations, revenue operations, or sales operations teams.Experience integrating CRM with marketing automation, ERP, analytics, and engagement toolsExperience designing lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and attribution frameworksStrong understanding of B2B sales processes and complex deal cyclesExpertise in data management and data qualityA results‑oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving things to closureWell‑developed and proven capabilities in problem‑solvingDemonstrated strength to work independently as well as build effective relationships with othersMedical devices experience is an assetSalary and BenefitsThe expected annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 CAD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and job‑related factors.
