10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk assessments, and ongoing risk management.
Robust knowledge of cybersecurity standards, principles, practices, and risk management concepts.

Experience with application security design and architecture is considered an asset.
Proven people management and leadership skills, including effective communication, prioritization, coaching, and talent development.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex cybersecurity and risk issues into clear, concise messages for a broad range of audiences and stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead teams through change, and drive effective outcomes in complex and evolving environments.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills,



with the ability to understand complex processes, assess risk, and exercise sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve effective and sustainable outcomes.
Experience with Ariba, Archer, or other Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent skilled training and experience.
Skilled certifications in cybersecurity or IT risk, such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP/CCSK, or GIAC, are preferred.
