You’ll manage full-cycle accounting processes, prepare financial reports, and assist in budgeting while guiding a small accounting team. Your ability to work independently and prioritize effectively will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee job costing and payroll for U.S. and Canadian operations
Prepare year-end working papers for external coordination
Ensure payroll compliance and respond to regulatory requests
Assist management with cash management and financial reporting
Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in related project-based accounting
Accounting degree with CPA progress preferred
Robust Excel skills and familiarity with Sage 100
