The Registrarial Services

Representative is the first point of contact at the Office of the Registrar, assisting students, staff, and faculty with their inquiries. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in customer service and registration processes, coupled with an understanding of university policies. Collaborating in a agile workplace, you'll deliver quality service to meet the diverse needs of students. Key Responsibilities:
Keep informed on university programs and policies
Respond to inquiries and redirect as necessary




Provide detailed information on processes and procedures
Interpret guidelines and make appropriate referrals
Verify accuracy and collect supporting documentation Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum two years in customer/student services
Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
