Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized support plans in residential care
Provide assistance with client appointments in the community
Conduct daily documentation and follow care protocols
Engage in activities that promote client independence
Uphold safety and health policies at all times Requirements:
Class 5 BC Driver's License with liability insurance
Minimum of 1 year experience in youth support
Certification in First Aid and CPR required
Criminal Record Clearance and Positive Behaviour Management Training necessary
