In this position, you will engage with customers both in-store and through calls, ensuring their needs are met and product knowledge is shared. Your customer service skills and HVAC industry understanding will play a crucial role in this agile position. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in product selection and purchases
Process and pack sales orders swiftly and accurately
Clean and maintain merchandising displays
Follow up on delivery and backorder statuses with vendors
Participate in annual inventory counts effectively Requirements:
At least 2 years in customer service or sales
Familiarity with HVAC products is beneficial
Proven ability to build customer relationships
High School Diploma or equivalent experience in HVACR
