This position requires your expertise in customs procedures and a proactive approach to solving compliance issues. You will also serve as the primary liaison for clients and Canada Customs to ensure smooth operations and resolve any inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Manage customs brokerage processes per customer-specific SOPs
Validate classifications and import taxes for client compliance
Act as the first point of contact for Canada Customs
File customs entries and coordinate shipment releases
Monitor reports and rectify service failures Requirements:
Minimum two years of customs brokerage experience
Fluent in import regulations and compliance procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Robust organizational skills for complex processes
