About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a construction site in Midland, ON. This position involves maintaining a clean and secure worksite through site clean-up, debris removal, material handling, and general labour duties. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Remove garbage, debris, and scrap materials from designated areas
Move materials around site using a skid steer
Keep the site clean, organized, and free of hazards
Assist with basic labour tasks as directed by the site supervisor
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Previous experience in a general labour or construction setting
Experience operating a skid steer
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Experience with basic clean-up tasks




Strong awareness of construction-site safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Steel-toe boots, hard hat and weather-appropriate clothing required

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bi-weekly pay. Overtime after 44 hours. Wage $22.00-$25.00 /hr depending on experience.
