You will lead by example, handling responsibilities from garden upkeep to snow operations during winter months. Your proactive problem-solving and communication with the Operations Manager will be key to this position’s success. Key Responsibilities:
Lead a landscape maintenance crew for optimal performance
Plan and implement daily work duties and safety measures
Oversee mowing, pruning, and seasonal property care
Ensure compliance with safety policies and standards
Handle equipment checks and maintain operational tools Requirements:
1–3 years in commercial landscaping or maintenance
Experience leading crews for at least 1 year
Must hold a valid G driver's licence
Excellent communication and organizational skills
