In this vital role, you will coordinate individualized care strategies and ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately. Strong leadership and communication skills will allow you to guide nurses and wellness staff effectively. You will engage with families to make well-informed care decisions while participating in a team-oriented management team’s efforts to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and adjust care plans based on individual needs
• Complete resident admissions and progress documentation




• Mentor and supervise nursing and wellness teams
• Address family and resident concerns promptly
• Promote safety standards through occupational health initiatives

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in clinical roles
• Supervisory experience in healthcare or retirement
• RPN or RN must be in good standing
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License
