Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate effective employee onboarding and offboarding
• Respond promptly to HR-related inquiries
• Compile reports on employee absences and conduct wellness calls




• Maintain and update the Employee intranet consistently
• Assist with accurate recruitment process information

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Admin
• Four years of HR experience in a multi-union setting
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Experience with HRIS database systems like PowerSchool Atrieve
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills
