Take on a pivotal role as a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Specialist at PBS Systems in Calgary. Deliver exceptional training experiences to clients in both English and French, driving success for their dealership operations.

This is a full-time, permanent opening for a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Fixed Ops. You will teach customers how to use our industry-leading Dealer Management Software, both virtually and in-person, while traveling approximately two weeks monthly across North America. Your expertise will empower clients to maximize their software use and improve their services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate training sessions autonomously in both languages
• Resolve DTO Cornerstone tickets in a timely manner
• Support customers with software installations and usage




• Document ticket issues and escalate as necessary
• Engage in ongoing learning and collaborative team efforts

Requirements:
• Proficient in French and English (speaking and writing)
• 1-2 years in a dealership Fixed Operations role
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid travel documents and driver’s license
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
