Renard International is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for a leading hotel in Canada The ideal candidate will currently be working in a similar role within the Canadian hotel industry and bring a strong track record in sales, revenue generation, market development, and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities Leading the hotel sales team and setting annual sales goals
Developing group market rates and supporting overall revenue targets
Preparing annual budgets and marketing plans
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Managing key client relationships and account profiles
Monitoring sales performance, activity, and production targets
Supporting the hotel’s social media presence
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of hotel experience, solid knowledge of the Toronto, Ontario, and Canadian markets, and excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
