Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional and fitness assessments under physiotherapist's guidance
• Create and oversee exercise and work conditioning plans
• Track and record client progress through regular testing
• Facilitate educational orientations for clients
• Ensure detailed documentation of client return-to-work plans

Requirements:
• Kinesiology degree or PTA/OTA diploma required
• At least 2 years of experience preferred
• Registration with appropriate provincial governing body required
