Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct welding and fabrication for steel and custom metal projects
• Interpret and execute blueprints and specifications
• Inspect and finish welds for quality assurance
• Operate equipment and tools safely, including cranes
• Complete production documentation and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:
• Current CWB certification (Flat Solid Wire & Metal Core)
• Solid blueprint reading and measuring skills
• Knowledgeable in welding and metal fabrication techniques
• Detail-focused with pride in workmanship
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs
