Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Machine Operator – Packer to support our extrusion lines by packaging products, ensuring quality, and reducing waste. In this role, you’ll assist technicians with machine operations, maintain accurate records, and help keep production running smoothly. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and manufacturing experience, we’d love to have you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise records for traceability and daily shift reports.

Support Production: Assist with machine startups, roll changes, cleanouts, and shutdowns.

Package with Precision: Stack, cut, and package materials efficiently, preparing products for shipping or processing.

Quality Control: Follow quality standards and report any non‑conformances.

Keep It Moving: Prepare for upcoming production runs and assist in material handling.

Cross‑Train & Grow:



Develop skills in quality assurance and other production areas.

Maintain a Secure & Clean Work Area: Follow safety protocols and report any concerns.

Other Duties as Assigned.

What You Bring:

Manufacturing Experience: 1-2 years (packaging experience preferred).

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and assist with equipment.

Forklift Experience: Preferred but not required (training available).

Strong Attention to Detail & Organization.

Basic Math & Measurement Skills (e.g., reading a tape measure).

Ability to Lift 50 lbs Regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).

Available shifts:

Night Shift - 5:50pm - 6:00am
