What You’ll Be Doing Assist customers and internal dealership teams in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts.
Pick and deliver parts to technicians efficiently to help keep Service Department operations moving.
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to management.
Provide customers with accurate pricing, product information, and availability in person and over the phone.
Recommend related parts, accessories, and available specials based on customer needs.
Maintain accurate, organized, and well-stocked parts inventory.
Process returned or unused parts from the workshop and ensure items are properly returned to inventory.
Assist with inventory organization, stock management, and general Parts Department upkeep.
Pick up and deliver parts to customers or suppliers using a company vehicle when required.
Support the Parts Manager and team with additional responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar dealership parts role.
Previous experience working within the automotive industry.
Robust knowledge of automotive parts and dealership Parts Department operations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
Total Rewards Pay: CA$45,000.00 - CA$50,000.00 per year
